Last minute catering in Fremantle: what to order when you’re short on time

As caterers, we love a bit of notice when booking in your next special event, but we totally get that sometimes, it’s just not possible. While we ask for seven days’ notice, we can make exceptions if we have the menu items available and if we can make them! Here’s a list of menu items that we can generally make at short notice.

Rolls and sandwiches

We offer an array of rolls, wraps and sandwiches and we’ll usually be able to muster up a handful of rolls for you with a selection of fillings:

• Herbed roast chicken, mayo, leaves, avocado

• Gourmet ham, salad, swiss cheese with seeded mustard and relish

• Continental with salami, prosciutto and ham, bocconcini, seeded mustard, relish, salad

Muffins

We can often whip up a batch of sweet or savoury muffins at short notice. Our savoury muffins are a meal in themselves with fresh vegetables, feta, parmesan and delicious herbs while our sweet muffins are lower in sugar and made with spelt flour. We can also create gluten free muffins.

Grazing boxes

We can whip up grazing boxes at short notice, featuring mixed meats, hard, soft and fragrant cheese, crudites, dip, breadsticks, toasted baguette, fresh and dried fruit and more!

Sausage rolls

We make the most delicious sausage rolls, and we’re not even kidding. We can usually whip up a batch or two for you.
